All sales through the ProjectSAM website are final and non-refundable.

By using our paid libraries you agree with the end-user license agreement (EULA). By using The Free Orchestra you agree with the end-user license agreement for TFO.

Each ProjectSAM product license can be transferred to another individual user once. A small license transfer fee applies. Please see our FAQ section.

ProjectSAM handles all pre-sale and post-sale support and communication over e-mail. You can expect a response from us within 24 hours on business days. ProjectSAM does not offer phone support or assistance.

US and Canadian customers pay in US Dollars. All other customers pay in Euros. This is automatically determined through geolocating. All Euro prices on the website exclude VAT.

All library downloads for a Direct Download order are offered either via the Native Instruments Native Access application and/or or a direct browser link. Make sure your internet connection is capable of downloading these relatively large packages (1 GB - 50 GB). While ProjectSAM will assist you in any reasonable way, it does not take final responsibility for unusually slow connections and has no legal obligation to offer an alternative delivery method.

It is the final responsibility of the customer/user to safely store and backup the downloaded products. While ProjectSAM will assist in any reasonable way, it has no legal obligation to offer a redownload or shipment of the product in the future.
